In a few minutes you will get a really delicious dish
Sometimes the easiest recipes are the best. Guacamole and shrimp are a scrumptious combination and at Pescatore Seafood we make it easier for you.
For this recipe we are going to use the ARGENTINIAN SHRIMP TAIL OFF, which are already cleaned, deveined, peeled and without tails.

How many shrimp per person do you need? The recommended serving per person is 3-4 oz (85-115 gr). Depending on the size of the shrimp this could be between 8-12 medium sized shrimp. Servings per person for this recipe is three tacos, so you would use about 3-4 shrimp per taco. Which tortilla is best for shrimp tacos? Our preference is regular size corn tortillas (not tacos). However, if you only have flour tortillas at home you can use them without any problem. The flavor and texture will be a little different, but it will be just as good.
Ingredients
1 lb ARGENTINIAN SHRIMP TAIL OFF Pescatore Seafood 1 teaspoon olive oil 3 tablespoons of butter 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt pepper to taste 12 corn tortillas 1/2 ball (iceberg) lettuce, washed and chopped fresh guacamole
Step 1: Preparing the shrimp Wash the shrimp very well and strain them. In a large skillet heat the olive oil and butter. Sauté the minced garlic for one minute. Add the shrimp, cover the pan and cook for 4 minutes. Uncover, flip the shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes uncovered. Step 2: Prepare the guacamole, cover it and put it in the refrigerator until serving time.
Step 3: Serve the Tacos Heat the tortillas. Take a tortilla, place a layer of shredded lettuce, then a layer of shrimp, and finish with the guacamole. Repeat until you finish all the tacos. Add sauce of your choice and serve with a half lemon. In just a few minutes you will enjoy a dish from a true chef
